We Never Stop Growing and Learning
Even though most of our service team members have an extensive prior repair background, each still participates in certification courses. Rest assured, before a Bancsource Field Engineer ever walks through your door, you can feel secure that they have been thoroughly trained and very familiar with your equipment.
As new equipment is introduced, we update our training classes. Between our in-house OEM Certified Level II Product Support Specialists and our relationships with Equipment Manufacturers, we do whatever is necessary to keep our Field Engineers up-to-date on the equipment our customers use and purchase.
Bancsource has 3 training centers across the country. Bancsource has 1-5 training classes a week for 50 weeks out of the year, for all of our Field Engineers and Managers. Bancsource conducts up to 250 classes a year for our Field Engineers, on various types of equipment at our Bancsource Training Centers!! That does not even include our vast array of OEM training we send our Field Engineers to for additional certifications. As you can see, we’re always prepared to service your equipment and work to do better our team’s skills all year long.
Professionalism and Experience are Just as Important as Technical Training
We believe that customer relationships are just as important as equipment knowledge. Our Field Engineers are coached and trained in customer service skills, professionalism as well as technical training. We believe that how our Field Engineers and Service Managers conduct themselves and interact with your employees is very important.
